These terms govern your use of CheapNumbers.shop.
1. Service description
CheapNumbers.shop resells temporary virtual numbers supplied by upstream networks so you can receive verification messages. Availability, delivery and message content depend on the upstream network and on the service you are verifying with. We do not guarantee that any specific message will be delivered.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
3. Lawful use
You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service you verify with. Fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment and evasion of a provider's rules are prohibited and can result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Wallet and pricing
Purchases are paid from your prepaid wallet balance. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price charged. Balance is not legal tender, earns no interest and is intended for purchases on this platform.
5. Refunds
If a number cannot be issued, or an activation is cancelled before a message is received, the reserved amount is returned to your wallet. See the refund policy for details.
6. Liability
The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected activation.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
