Refund policy
How refunds work for virtual number activations.
Failed purchase
If the upstream network cannot issue a number, the reserved amount is returned to your wallet automatically and the order is marked as failed. You are not charged for an activation that never started.
Cancelled activation
You can cancel an activation while it is still waiting for a message. When the upstream network accepts the cancellation, the amount is credited back to your wallet as a refund transaction.
Received messages
Once a verification message has been received, the activation is complete and is not refundable.
Expired activations
Activations that reach the end of their reservation window without receiving a message are closed. Where the upstream network releases the reservation, the balance is returned.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet balance is intended for purchases on this platform. Requests relating to a deposit should be raised through a support ticket with the transaction reference.
Records
Every refund creates its own wallet transaction so your balance history always explains itself.
